We tried making a low carb version of the Tiktok famous keto Brownie French toast Recipe … and it was delicious! The low carb bread is the star of the show, if you don’t have good bread you can’t have great toast. The LowCarb Avenue bread doesn’t flatten in your mouth like most other brands do, instead it provides the perfect amount of substance for any sandwich or for some french toast!
Whisk the egg whites, almond milk, vanilla extract, and cocoa powder in a bowl.
Heat up a skillet to medium-high heat and add some olive oil to the skillet.
Dunk the breads in the mixture and gently fry them on the skillet, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
Serve hot! Top with butter, low carb syrup, or berries!
