Ingredients

  • 2 peeled hard boiled eggs

  • 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise

  • 1/3 tsp yellow mustard

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1-2 Lettuce slices (optional)

  • 1-2 tomato slices (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Cut your boiled eggs in half and separate the yolks and whites. Chop up the egg whites and mix the egg yolks with the mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper until it’s creamy and smooth.

 

Step 2

Spread some mayo on one slice of bread and mustard on another, you can also add lettuce, tomato or any additional ingredients.

 

Step 3

Spread the egg white and yolk mixture between the two slices of bread and enjoy!
