Ingredients

1 tsp softened butter
2 slices LowCarb Avenue Plain Bread
1 tbsp half and half
1 Egg
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1

Whisk an egg, half and half, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg in a bowl.

Step 2

Heat up a skillet to medium heat and lightly butter the skillet.

Step 3

Dunk the breads in the mixture and gently fry them on the skillet, about 4 minutes on each side.

Step 4

Serve hot! Top with butter, low carb syrup, or berries!
