Starting a diet plan is easy. Nowadays many resources are available online through blog posts, articles, websites, Facebook groups, and free videos on YouTube to learn about various types of diet and how to be on a diet. But it is a real challenge and difficult to stay on the diet for a longer period. Especially with the availability of sugar and carb infused products and soft drinks in groceries and restaurants in various forms.

Counting Carbs in the intake is difficult and a cumbersome process in the food you buy or eat. There are quite a few apps that help to identify. Like sugar, identifying the Carbs in a given item is time taking. Thanks to the technology and FDA/ USDA regulations to have a bar code on each food product in groceries.

Low Carb - Sugar Free Food

Sugar is being extensively used in various food products we eat and drink with around 60 different names. One of the articles in Healthline.com tried to cover various types of names being used to identify Sugar in food items. It is not only difficult to remember various names but most of them are with very fine print on the label/ingredients statement where you can hardly see with a naked eye.
